1. What We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide our service:

• Business contact information (name, email, phone, company name)
• Insurance pipeline data from your AMS system
• Call recordings and transcripts (if VoIP integration enabled)
• Email communications (if email monitoring enabled)

2. How We Use It

We use your data solely to provide the LeadSyncd service:

• Monitor pipeline for stalled deals and at-risk renewals
• Generate daily task lists for agents
• Create dashboards showing at-risk revenue
• Extract commitments from calls and emails
• AI analysis powered by Anthropic Claude

3. Data Security

• All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
• Stored securely using Supabase
• Read-only API access to your systems
• You can revoke access anytime

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Anthropic (our AI provider) - for processing pipeline analysis
• No other third parties

5. Data Retention

• While active: Data retained to provide service
• After cancellation: Deleted within 30 days
• Backups: Purged after 90 days

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Request access to your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke API credentials at any time
• Export your data
